Welcome to St. Brendan!
Along with the priests, religious, staff and parishioners here, we would like to extend a very warm welcome to you. Please do not hesitate to introduce yourself to us because we also would like to get to know you. Having lived in different places throughout my life, I know it can be difficult and even intimidating at times to come to a new place. That is why we would like to make your transition, at least into our parish, as smooth as possible.
I find the easiest way to get to know people is to get involved. And soon you will discover the many kind, generous and wonderful people there are in our parish. This booklet lists many of the different ministries available at our parish, from knitting, to helping the homeless, to scouts and visiting the sick and those imprisoned, there is a breadth of activities. If you would like to know more, feel free to contact the coordinators of those ministries, my staff, or ask me. And if you see that something is missing and you would like to offer your time and talents to help make it happen, know that you will be deeply appreciated.
We hope St. Brendan will be your spiritual home for many years to come. And I look forward to meeting you.
Sincerely in Christ,
Fr. Daniel Nascimento
Pastor
